Shipping and Return Policies

  • What is this store’s return and exchange policy?

    • All Sales are final! Returns are accepted if we mistakenly sent you the wrong item or your candles are damaged during shipping. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. We pride in the service we provide to our customers and will always do what is fair.


  • Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

    • Currently, we are only providing shipping within the US. If your order is for outside US, please contact us prior to purchasing.​​


  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    • We use USPS Standard shipping which takes about 3-4 business day. Since our candles are carefully hand-poured and made fresh, your order will ship within 4-6 business days of your order placement. Orders placed on weekends/holidays or customer/made-to-order purchases may take a bit longer. We will keep you updated, should there be a delay.


  • What if something is wrong with my order?

    • If you have a problem with an order or need to make a change to an already placed order, please contact the store directly via Contact page and someone from the team will reach out to you.
